This one was disappointing. There aren't many blue foods. Most turn out to be purple when you get them well lit. Started with canned blueberries (felt frozen wouldn't have looked good), but those are just a dark purple. Red cabbage turns a nice blue when you cook it, but becomes too limp, and looses it's structure. These were blue potatoes, and even they looked purple when raw. When cooked, they turned blue. I thought these pictures made the food look a little gross, but maybe that's how we're supposed to interpret blue foods.
