Bouncing Light

I just liked the way the light bounced off the floor onto the wall. A combination of diffused and reflected light.

    I have only seen a few of Uta Barth's photographs, but this really reminds me of her work. A specific image that comes to mind when I look at this is the one with the warm tint, on the right-hand side of Somer’s blog.
    I love the varying color tones and lines. What really does it for me in this image, is the whole upper right corner. The shapes and lines are similar to the ones on the floor, yet, so different. They are not as distinct and easy to read.
    I just wish the spot where the floor and wall come together wasn’t so intensely bright, otherwise great job.
